The Norris Penrose Legacy Foundation was established in 2021 to own, operate, and sustain the Norris Penrose Event Center.  This historic property is home to the Pikes Peak or Bust Rodeo and is intended to be used as community asset, and to build partnerships with local non-profit organizations in the Colorado Springs area. Adjacent to Bear Creek Open Space, we offer 67 acres of unique indoor and outdoor event space, providing a true Colorado experience.
